There are some very interesting antique and vintage needlework accessories from Stitching Treasures, a fairly new designer. Thistle Stitcher's Purse is a wonderful place to keep all of your stitching accessories safe. The kit includes all of the supplies needed to create the purse.

Jeannette Douglas started My Stitching Album last fall. This collectible series consists of eight patterns released bi-monthly. Each pattern features a different stitch manipulated in a variety of ways with assorted colors. The latest design to be released is Chapter 4 - Florentine Fancy. With each chapter, there is a stitching tool specifically chosen by Jeannette to fit into the back pocket of the stitched page. The tool for this chapter is a beautiful pair of Gingher scissors with a custom made scissors sheath with the JDD logo.

There are two new thaumatropes coming on April 1st, Apples and Finnegan. In case you don't know what a thaumatrope is, it's a toy that was popular in Victorian times. A disk or card with a picture on each side is attached to two pieces of string. When the strings are twirled quickly between the fingers the two pictures appear to combine into a single image.
